General Data Protection Regulation UE 679/2016
According to the regulations indicated, the data processing will be focused on correctness, lawfulness, transparency principles and privacy and user rights protection.
This information for users/visitors interacting with the Website is made under the EU regulation 2016/679 concerning "natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data” and the regulation of cookies on the network and in particular the emanation of the measure of the Privacy guarantor of 8 May 2014 "Identification of the modalities simplified for the disclosure and acquisition of the consent for the use of cookies" and "Clarification of the implementation of the legislation on the subject of the Cookie" issued on June 5, 2015.

1.1. Browsing data

The computer systems and the applications dedicated to the operation of this web site acquire, in the course of their normal exercise, some personal data whose transmission is implied in the use of the Internet communication protocols.

The subjects to which the data refer, in accordance with art. 13 GDPR UE 679/2016 can also at any time exercise the right to:
-have access to personal data;
-To obtain the correction or the cancellation of the same or the limitation of the treatment concerning him;
-Oppose the processing of data;
-Use data portability;
-Revoke the consent at any time without prejudice to the lawfulness of the treatment based on consent conferred before revocation;
-to propose a complaint to a supervisory authority, for Italy Privacy supervisor;
-Be informed about the possibility that the communication of personal data it may be a legal or contractual obligation or a necessary requirement for the conclusion of a contract, and whether the person concerned is obliged to provide the personal data as well as the possible consequences of non-disclosure of such data;
-Be informed about the existence of an automated decision-making process, including profiling and in such cases, receiving significant information on the logic and the importance and the expected consequences of this treatment for the person concerned.
In accordance with art. 14 GDPR UE if the data have not been obtained from the person concerned, the owner of NUOVA OMEC SRL shall provide the person concerned with the following information:
a) the identity and contact details of the data controller and, where applicable, its representative
b) The contact details of the data protection officer, where applicable;
c) The purpose of the processing of personal data as well as the basis for legal treatment;
d) The categories of personal data in question;
e) Any recipients or any categories of recipients of personal data;
f) Where applicable, the controller's intention to transfer personal data to a recipient in a third country and the existence or absence of a decision to appropriateness of the European Commission or in the cases necessary the reference appropriate or appropriate safeguards and the means to obtain a copy of such data or the place where they were made available.

a) Within a reasonable time of obtaining personal data, but at the latest within one month, in view of the specific circumstances in which the personal data are treated;
b) In the case that personal data is intended for communication with the person concerned, at the latest at the time of the first communication to the person concerned; or if it is communication to another addressee, not beyond the first communication of the personal data.
4. If the holder of the treatment intends to further treat the personal data for a purpose different from that for which they were obtained, before such further treatment will provide the interested party with information on this different purpose and each relevant information referred to in paragraph 2.
